Deepen your practice with my 1-on-1 sessions. The sessions are tailored to suit your unique needs. There is a focus on refining your form, and an emphasis on improving your technique. The classes can be conducted in the comfort of your own home.
Grab a mat, water bottle and your friends, and relax into a calming sequence that will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. This is perfect for those who want to embark on their yoga journey together. You can either create your own group of up to five people, or express your interest independently in joining a small group.
Looking to destress and refocus outside of working hours? The group classes are a perfect way to connect with the wider yoga community and harness the positivity from practicing with a group of like-minded people. The sessions are designed such that all poses can be simplified or practised at an advanced level, so all abilities are welcome.
